Swiss version of Tilsit, produced since 1893 when Otto Wartmann brought the recipe from East Prussia. Available in green label (pasteurized, mild), red label (raw milk, stronger), and yellow label (pasteurized cream cheese). Distinctly milder than German Tilsit.
